The Employer Self-Service (ESS) is a web-based system used by Employers to maintain employee roster information, remittance of required Benefit Fund Contributions and 401(k) wage deferrals, Union Dues and ADF wage deferrals.

- Covered employees are eligible to take over 250 courses.
- Courses are offered in over 50 locations (5 boroughs, NJ, CT, Westchester, DC, MD, VA, FL, PA, MA, RI, Oxford and NH).
- Classes at your location: We offer NYC/NYS Compliant Workplace Harassment as well as CPR/AED and CPR/AED/First Aid, OSHA 10 and 30, Customer Service, Professionalism in the Workplace, and dozens of other courses. 32BJ Legal Fund
Employers, please be advised that the monthly union dues rates for deductions will remain unchanged in 2026, except for sites located in Florida. Please refer to the applicable dues rate charts, linked below. If you are unsure which dues rates to apply for your employees, please contact your union dues representative.
